スターアジア不動産投資法人（SAI）が、物件入替えを行う。 取得する物件は、相鉄線和田町駅より徒歩15分に位置する、1994年竣工、5階建のファミリー向けマンション。8月時点の稼働率は97.7％。取得額は35.06億円。 一方、売却する物件は、熊本市中心部より東方5キロに位置する、2007年竣工、8月合併時にさくら総合リート投資法人より受け入れた商業施設。SAIは合併後の運用戦略の一つに、郊外型商業施設の売却を掲げていた。売却額は35億円。これにより会計上の売却益18百万円が発生する見込みだが、業績予想の修正はなし。 本物件入替えに伴い、東京圏の投資比率は70.4％から73.0％に上昇する。
