スターアジア不動産投資法人が、第6期（2019年1月期）決算を発表した。 第6期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「東神戸センタービル」等6物件の取得、匿名組合出資1件、メザニンローン債権投資2件を行う一方、「アーバンパーク新横浜」等2物件を売却した。これによる賃貸収益の増加、物件売却益598百万円が寄与し、前期比57％増益。37百万円を内部留保とし、投資口数が14.9％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,720円と前期を34％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは34物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,023億円、有利子負債比率は47.1％。 第7期（2019年7月期）は、「アミューズメントメディア学院新館」及び匿名組合出資持分1件を取得、「博多駅前113ビル」の残持分を売却。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、物件売却益422百万円が寄与する一方、前期より売却益が減少、修繕費や固都税の増加により、前期比7.6％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,500円と前期を5.9％下回る見通し。 第8期（2020年1月期）は、第7期の物件売却益がなくなることや、原木ロジスティクスのテナント退去により、前期予想比23.9％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,770円となる見通し。
