スターアジア不動産投資法人が、第3期（平成29年7月期）決算を発表した。 第3期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、7物件を取得する一方、2物件を売却。これに伴う賃貸収益の増加及び物件売却益898百万円が寄与し、前期比70％増益。投資口数が20％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は4,423円と前期を42％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは24物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は770億円、有利子負債比率は46.3％。 第4期（平成30年1月期）は、オーク南麻布の残り持分を売却。物件売却益779百万円計上するが、前期より減少するため、前期比2.7％減益を見込む。物件売却益のうち110百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は4,039円となる見通し。 第5期（平成30年7月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期予想比36％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,750円となる見通し。 スポンサーのパイプラインの活用やメザニンローンへの投資によって、引き続き2020年までに資産規模2,000億円を目指す。
