スターアジア不動産投資法人が、第1期（平成28年7月期）業績予想を修正した。 上場日である4月20日に公表した業績予想に対し、投資口発行費用及び支払利息の減少により16.8％増益を見込む。繰延ヘッジ損失発生に伴い利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は968円となる見通し。 なお、第2期（平成29年1月期）業績予想の修正は、9月14日公表予定の第1期決算にて併せて公表する。
