スターアジア不動産投資法人が、本日東証に上場した。初値は99,100円と、IPO発行価格100,000円を1％下回った。1月14日に私募で11棟を取得し運用を開始。上場時に238億円（第三者割当増資含む）を調達し7棟を取得して、運用資産は18棟（取得額615億円）となる。第1期（平成28年7月期）の実質的な運用期間は200日間。当期純利益285百万円を見込み、1口当たり分配金は829円となる見通し。第2期（平成29年1月期）より運用期間が6ヶ月間となる。第1期予想に対し、上場費用や融資関連費用の反動減により、268％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,046円となる見通し。
