ラサールロジポート投資法人（LLR）が、開発物件を裏付資産とする優先出資証券を取得する。LLRによる開発物件の出資案件は4件目となる。 対象となる不動産は、北海道苫小牧市に2027年上半期に竣工予定の、複数棟からなる危険物倉庫。特定目的会社の調達額は有利子負債含めて2,380百万円となる予定。 LLRは上限220百万円（優先出資証券総額の約22％相当）を竣工まで4回に分割して出資を行う。優先出資証券の配当は竣工後となるが、本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。
