ラサールロジポート投資法人（LLR）が、開発物件を裏付資産とする特定目的会社の優先出資証券を取得する。取得予定額は上限16.15億円（優先出資割合は約25％）。対象となる不動産は、宮城県仙台市に2026年上半期に竣工予定の物流施設（延床面積約5万平米）。LLRは竣工までに4回に分割して出資するとともに、竣工後の本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。LLRによる開発物件への出資事例は3件目となる。
