ラサールロジポート投資法人が、第14期（2023年2月期）決算を発表した。 第14期は、物件取得はないが、匿名組合出資と優先出資を行い、物流施設の優先交渉権を取得した。 稼働上昇や賃料増額により、前期比0.6％増益。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,097円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは19物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,578億円、有利子負債比率は41.8％と前期より変動なし。 第15期（2023年8月期）は、契約更改時期が集中しリーシング費用の一時的な増加により、前期比3.1％減益を見込む。利益超過分配を減価償却費の38.8％相当に増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,080円となる見通し。 第16期（2024年2月期）は、リーシング費用の減少により、前期予想比2.0％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,065円となる見通し。 優先交渉権やブリッジファンド等、豊富なパイプラインを活用し、適切なタイミングで外部成長を行う方針。
