ラサールロジポート投資法人（LLR）が、物流施設4物件を裏付資産とする合同会社の匿名組合出資持分を取得する。対象となる物流施設は、愛知県及び埼玉県に位置する、2021～2022年竣工の築浅の物流施設計4物件、資産総額は179.94億円。LLRは匿名組合出資持分約11％を取得し、これら4物件の優先交渉権を取得する。稼働後及びフリーレント終了後の適切なタイミングで4物件の取得を検討する。
