ラサールロジポート投資法人（LLR）が、開発案件を裏付資産とする特定目的会社の優先出資証券を取得する。取得予定額は4億円（上限）。対象となる物件は、千葉県松戸市に2024年下半期竣工予定の2階建の物流施設。LLRは優先出資証券全体の33％を上限に、竣工までに4回に分けて段階的に取得する予定。これにより本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。
