ラサールロジポート投資法人（LLR）が、第13期（2022年8月期）決算を発表した。 第13期における物件取得はなし。稼働率の上昇により前期比1.8％増収となったが、固都税の増加により前期比2.0％減益。減価償却費の30％の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,079円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは19物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,578億円、有利子負債比率は41.8％。 第14期（2023年2月期）は、当期利益が前期と同水準を見込む。減価償却費の30％の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,080円となる見通し。 第15期（2023年8月期）は、期中平均稼働率98.4％と前期予想より0.9ポイント低下する想定。これに伴う賃貸収入の減少やリーシング費用の増加により、前期予想比2.1％減益を見込む。分配金の平準化を目的に利益超過分配を減価償却費の36％相当に増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,068円となる見通し。
