ラサールロジポート投資法人（LLR）が、スポンサーであるラサール不動産投資顧問が運用する特定目的会社へ優先出資を行う。運用対象となる不動産は、大阪湾岸エリアの物流施設集積地に2018年2月に竣工した、4階建の物流施設。延床面積は約14万平米。LLRの出資額は11.34億円。11月末時点の稼働率が25％と低稼働であるため、スポンサーの元で稼働率を高め、安定稼働した上でLLRが本物件の取得を検討する。
