ラサールロジポート投資法人が、第1期（平成28年8月期）決算を発表した。 第1期の実質的な運用期間は上場日である2月17日からの197日間。上場日に物流施設8物件を取得し、運用を開始した。5月に公表した中間決算時の業績予想修正に対し、稼働率の上昇や賃貸事業費用の減少に伴い5.5％増益となった。当期減価償却費の30％を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,453円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは8物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,614億円、有利子負債比率は34.2％。 第2期（平成29年2月期）より運用期間が6ヶ月間となる。運用日数が減少する一方、上場費用がなくなるため、前期比5.1％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,545円となる見通し。 続く第3期（平成29年8月期）は、固都税計上に伴い前期予想比14.4％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,202円となる見通し。 今後は、スポンサーであるラサールグループの開発物件を中心に取得し、2020年までに資産規模3,000億円を目指す意向。
