ラサールロジポート投資法人が、第1期（平成28年8月期）及び第2期（平成29年2月期）業績予想を修正した。保有物件の稼働率上昇による増収、支払利息や上場費用の減少等を反映し、上場時に公表した業績予想に対し28.7％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,332円となる見通し。第2期は、支払利息の減少を見込み、上場時の予想に対し4.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,543円となる見通し。
