ラサールロジポート投資法人が本日東証に上場した。初値は105,000円と、IPO発行価格100,000円を5％上回った。IPOの調達資金1,016億円及び借入金680億円によって「ロジポート橋本」等物流施設8棟（1,614億円）を取得し、運用を開始する。第1期（平成28年8月期）の実質的な運用期間は上場日からの197日間。当期純利益1,839百万円を見込む。減価償却費の約30％を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1,861円となる見通し。なお、第1期末の有利子負債比率は約36.4％を見込む。第2期（平成29年2月期）より運用期間が6ヶ月となる。前期の上場費用等がなくなるため、前期予想比36.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,435円となる見通し。
