いちごホテルリート投資法人が、第21期（2026年1月期）決算を発表した。 第21期は、「ホテルエノエ富山」を取得、「コンフォートホテル鈴鹿」を売却した。変動賃料の21物件のRevPER（客室当たり売上）は10,121円と前年同期比+2.9％となった。賃貸収入は増加したが、売却益が減少したため、前期比1.7％減益となり、1口当たり分配金は4,136円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは30物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は731億円、有利子負債比率は46.8％。 第22期（2026年7月期）は、変動賃料21物件のRevPERが8,865円と前年同期比-9.5％となる想定。前期の物件売却益がなくなることや、ネストホテル札幌大通とHOTEL THE KNOT YOKOHAMAの改修工事に伴う休館の影響により、前期比27％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,016円となる見通し。 第23期（2027年1月期）は、変動賃料21物件のRevPERが9,435円と前年同期比-6.8％となる想定。2物件の改修工事の終了により、前期予想比3.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,121円となる見通し。 引き続き物件取得や入替え、リブランドやバリューアップ工事を行い、ADR（客室平均単価）の上昇を目指す。
