いちごホテルリート投資法人が、「コンフォートホテル鈴鹿」を売却する。 売却する物件は、三重県鈴鹿市にある、2007年竣工の宿泊特化型ホテル。 固定賃料であることやポートフォリオの中で最小規模であることから、より成長性の高い物件へ入替えをする目的で、売却を決定した。売却額は4.3億円。 これにより第21期（2026年1月期）業績予想を修正。上記物件売却による売却益130百万円計上と、7月に取得を公表したホテル2物件の賃貸収益を加算し、3月に公表した業績予想に対し13.6％増益を見込む。売却益を全額分配し、1口当たり分配金は3,786円となる見通し。
