いちごホテルリート投資法人が、第18期（2024年7月期）決算を発表した。 第18期における物件取得はなし。変動賃料のホテル21物件のRevPER（客室当たり売上）は、8,259円と前年同期比10.1％増となった。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働や変動賃料の増加により、前期比2.2％増益。1口当たり分配金は3,040円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは30物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は698億円、有利子負債比率は43.3％。 第19期（2025年1月期）は、「ネストホテル札幌駅前」を売却する。変動賃料のホテルのRevPERは7,986円となる想定。ネストホテル札幌駅前の売却益2,181百万円が寄与し、前期比196％増益を見込む。売却益を全額分配し、1口当たり分配金は9,009円となる見通し。 第20期（2025年7月期）は、変動賃料のホテルのRevPERは7,615円となる想定。前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期予想比69.7％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,733円となる見通し。
