いちごホテルリート投資法人が、「ネストホテル札幌駅前」を12月に売却することを発表した。 売却する物件は、札幌市営地下鉄さっぽろ駅より徒歩5分に位置する宿泊特化型ホテル。スポンサーグループであるいちご地所より打診を受け、今後の修繕費等の増加リスクを勘案し、売却を決定した。売却額は47億円。 これに伴い第19期（2025年1月期）業績予想を修正した。本物件の売却益2,181百万円が寄与し、3月に公表した業績予想に対し177％増益を見込む。売却益を全額分配し、1口当たり分配金は7,899円となる見通し。
