いちごホテルリート投資法人が、第17期（2024年1月期）決算を発表した。 第17期は、スポンサーを割当先とする第三者割当増資を行い「THE KNOT SAPPORO」等ホテル5物件を取得した。変動賃料のホテル21物件のRevPER（客室当たり売上）は、7,937円と前年同期比26.8％増となった。これらに伴い前期比35％増益。投資口数が28.4％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,976円と前期比5.1％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは30物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は698億円、有利子負債比率は43.4％。 第18期（2024年7月期）は、変動賃料のホテル21物件のRevPERが7,972円を想定する。これにより前期比増収となるが、固都税や支払利息等の増加により、前期比5.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,820円となる見通し。 第19期（2025年1月期）は、変動賃料のホテル21物件のRevPERが8,060円となる想定。これによる変動賃料の増加により、前期予想比0.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,842円となる見通し。 引き続き契約更改やオペレーター変更による収益向上を図る。
