いちごホテルリート投資法人が、第16期（2023年7月期）決算を発表した。 第16期における物件取得はなし。全国旅行支援やインバウンドの急増に伴い宿泊需要が回復し、変動賃料のホテル16物件のRevPER（客室当たり売上）は6,948円と前年同期比57.9％増となった。これにより前期比26.4％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,831円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは25物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は547億円、有利子負債比率は43.1％。 第17期（2024年1月期）は、スポンサーを割当先とする第三者割当増資を行い「コンフォートホテル大阪心斎橋」等ホテル5物件を取得する。変動賃料のホテル21物件のRevPERは6,952円と前年同期比11.1％増を想定する。これらにより固定賃料及び変動賃料が増加し、前期比28.8％増益を見込むが、投資口数28％増加により、1口当たり分配金は2,246円と20.7％減となる見通し。 第18期（2024年7月期）は、変動賃料のホテル21物件のRevPERが7,525円と前年同期比0.4％増を想定する。新規物件の通期稼働や変動賃料の増加により、前期予想比21.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,728円となる見通し。 なお、業績予想には中国の団体旅行やインバウンドの更なる上昇を織り込んでいない。
