いちごホテルリート投資法人が、業績予想を修正した。 国内レジャーや訪日客の増加によりホテルの売上が回復し、第16期（2023年7月期）は変動賃料のホテル17物件のRevPER（客室当たり売上）は6,982円を想定。変動賃料が増加し、3月に公表した業績予想に対し80％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,841円となる見通し。 第17期（2024年1月期）は、変動賃料のホテル17物件のRevPERは6,405円を想定する。前回予想比10％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,134円となる見通し。
