いちごホテルリート投資法人が、16日に発表した第15期（2023年1月期）決算を訂正して再公表した。一部のホテルの変動賃料に間違いがあっため、これを訂正し、当期利益571百万円（訂正前は589百万円）、1口当たり分配金は2,240円（訂正前は2,311円）となった。 また投資口追加発行及び物件取得を中止したことにより、業績予想を修正。 第16期（2023年7月期）は、当期利益401百万円（修正前は563百万円）、1口当たり分配金は1,576円（修正前は1,532円）となる見通し。 第17期（2024年1月期）は、当期利益494百万円（修正前は734百万円）、1口当たり分配金は1,938円（修正前は1,997円）となる見通し。 なお、投資口追加発行及び物件取得に中止により発生する費用は全て資産運用会社の負担となる。
