いちごホテルリート投資法人が、第15期(2023年1月期)業績予想を修正した。 国内観光需要の回復、行政機関へ一括貸しの継続等により、変動賃料のホテル16物件のRevPAR(客室当たり売上)は4,771円と、9月に公表した想定値より約13%増加する前提。これにより前回予想比32.4%増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,465円となる見通し。 なお、第16期(2023年7月期)業績予想は現時点で修正なし。
