いちごホテルリート投資法人が、第13期（2022年1月期）決算を発表した。 第13期における物件取得はなし。変動賃料のホテル15物件の稼働率は68.8%（前期比+3.4ポイント）、ADR（平均客室単価）は4,522円（同+141円）。 3物件で変動賃料が発生したことや訴訟和解金計上により、前期比27.6％増益。1口当たり分配金は1,345円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは23物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は519億円、有利子負債比率は44.3％。 第14期（2022年7月期）は、変動賃料のホテル15物件の稼働率は73.0％（前期比+4.2ポイント）、ADR（平均客室単価）は4,891円（同+369円）を想定。契約見直しに伴う固定賃料の減少、前期に計上した訴訟和解金がなくなること、広島県へ一括賃貸しているヴァリエホテル広島の変動賃料の減少を想定し、前期比37.7％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は838円となる見通し。 第15期（2023年1月期）は、変動賃料のホテル15物件の稼働率は75.9％（前期予想比+2.9ポイント）、ADR（平均客室単価）は5,602円（同+711円）を想定。変動賃料の増加により、前期予想比2.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は858円となる見通し。
