いちごホテルリート投資法人が、第13期（2022年1月期）業績予想を修正した。2021年2月より広島県へ一括賃貸しているヴァリエホテル広島の変動賃料が想定を大きく上回ったことにより、9月に公表した業績予想に対し53％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,108円となる見通し。 なお、第14期（2022年7月期）の業績予想は変更なし。
