いちごホテルリート投資法人が、第12期（2021年7月期）業績予想を修正した。 ヴァリエホテル広島を2月中旬より広島県へ一括賃貸していることから、変動賃料が想定を上回った。これにより3月に公表した業績予想に対し35％増益となり、1口当たり分配金は915円となる見通し。 なお、第13期（2022年1月期）の業績予想は変更なし。
