いちごホテルリート投資法人が、第10期（2020年7月期）業績予想を修正した。 新型コロナウイルスの影響により、変動賃料を採用するホテル11物件の客室当たり売上（RevPER）は、2月に前年同月比-35.4％、3月に-66.3％の減少となった。 更に緊急事態宣言に伴い5物件が一時休館となっている。 このような状況を背景に、4月以降の変動賃料が発生しない前提で業績予想を修正。 3月に公表した業績予想に対し、60.6％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は873円となる見通し。 なお、既に公表済である第11期（2021年1月期）業績予想については、新型コロナウイルスによる影響を反映して業績予想を算定することが出来ないため、現時点で変更しない。
