いちごホテルリート投資法人が、第8期（2019年7月期）決算を発表した。 第8期は「ネストホテル熊本」「ヴァリエホテル広島」を取得。2物件の収益が寄与する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなったこと、ホテルの新規供給や日韓情勢悪化の影響を受け、大阪、京都、沖縄のホテルのホテル売上げ減に伴う変動賃料の減少により、前期予想比42％減益。1口当たり分配金は3,154円と、3月に公表した業績予想を下回った。 期末のポートフォリオは23物件、544億円、有利子負債比率は43.0％。 第9期（2020年1月期）は「ホテルビスタプレミオ京都」を売却予定。これによる売却益668百万円が寄与し、前期比49％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,700円となる見通し。 第10期（2020年7月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期予想比36％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,001円となる見通し。
