いちごホテルリート投資法人が、ホテルビスタプレミオ京都を売却する。 売却する物件は、河原町駅及び京阪三条駅より徒歩5分に位置する、2008年竣工の宿泊特化型ホテル。売却額は45億円。 ホテルの新規供給に伴い中長期の収益成長や安定が限定的であることに加え、鑑定価格を20％及び簿価を30％上回る価格で売却できることから、売却を決定した。 これに伴い第9期（2020年1月期）業績予想を修正。 物件売却益6.6億円計上により、3月に公表した業績予想に対し49％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,700円となる見通し。
