いちごホテルリート投資法人が、第7期（2019年1月期）決算を発表した。 第7期は「コートホテル倉敷」を取得、「スマイルホテル浅草」を売却した。 物件売却益694百万円が寄与し、前期比63.7％増益となり、1口当たり分配金は5,487円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは21物件、資産規模507億円、有利子負債比率は38.8％。 第8期（2019年7月期）は、京都及び大阪のホテル新規供給の影響から、変動賃料の減少を見込み、2018年9月に公表した業績予想を下方修正した。前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比42％減益を見込む。なお、前回公表した予想対比では2.4%減益を見込み、1口分配金は3,174円となる見通し。 第9期（2020年1月期）は、前期予想比0.9％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,147円となる見通し。
