いちごホテルリート投資法人が、第6期（2018年7月期）決算を発表した。 第6期における物件取得はなし。ホテルの売上げ増による変動賃料の増加が寄与し、前期比1.5％増益、1口当たり分配金は3,352円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは21物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は509億円、有利子負債比率は39.1％。 第7期（2019年1月期）は「コートホテル倉敷」を取得、「スマイルホテル浅草」を売却する。スマイルホテル浅草の売却益694百万円により、前期比62％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は5,429円となる見通し。 第8期（2019年7月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期予想比40％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,243円となる見通し。
