いちごホテルリート投資法人が「スマイルホテル浅草」を8月に売却する。保有物件の売却は、2015年上場来初めて。 売却額は27億円と、想定簿価の約1.4倍となる。売却先は非開示。売却益6.9億円が発生する。 これに伴い、第7期（平成31年1月期）業績予想を修正。売却益計上により、3月に公表した業績予想に対し70％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は5,377円となる見通し。
