いちごホテルリート投資法人（IHR）が、自己投資口の取得を行うことを発表した。REITにおける自己投資口の取得は、7月に実施したインベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人に続いて2銘柄目となる。 IHRの10月10日の投資口価格は111,100円と、1口当たりNAV139,941円を20％下回っている。自己投資口の取得を実施することによって、1口当たり分配金及び1口当たりNAVの上昇を図る。 取得する投資口数は3,000口（上限3億円）、発行済投資口数の1.16％を予定。12月29日までに市場にて買付を行い、第5期（平成30年1月期）中に全て消却する予定。 なお、これに伴う第5期及び第6期（平成30年7月期）業績予想の修正はなし。
