いちごホテルリート投資法人が、第2期（平成28年7月期）決算を発表した。 第2期は、上場時に取得した9棟の通期稼働、変動賃料の増加により、当期純利益391百万円、1口当たり分配金は2,825円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは9物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は204億円、有利子負債比率は36.2％。収益全体に対する変動賃料の割合は45.4％。 第3期（平成29年1月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行いホテル10棟を取得。これにより前期比93.9％増益を見込む。投資口数が86％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,917円と前期を3.3％上回る見通し。 第4期（平成29年7月期）は、変動賃料の増加を見込む一方、固都税や資産運用報酬の増加により、前期予想比3.6％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,838円となる見通し。
