いちごホテルリート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。昨年11月上場後僅か9ヶ月での増資となる。発行口数は115,800口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は5,800口。これにより発行後の投資口数は88％増の260,100口となる予定。調達額は約167億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は、国内のホテル10棟、取得額は計272億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は従来の2.3倍の476億円となる。 これらに伴い、第3期（平成29年1月期）業績予想を修正。新規取得10棟の収益が寄与し、前回予想比110％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,917円と前回予想を11.9％上回る見通し。併せて第4期（平成29年7月期）業績予想を発表。前期予想比増収となる一方、固都税の増加等により10.6％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,609円となる見通し。
