いちごホテルリート投資法人が、11月30日東証に上場する。スポンサーのいちごグループポールディングスにとっては、いちごオフィスリート投資法人に続き2本目のREITとなる。いちごオフィスリート投資法人同様、資産運用会社はいちご不動産投資顧問となる。ホテル特化型REITとして、「スマイルホテル京都四条」等のホテル9棟、資産規模204億円で上場。ポートフォリオの鑑定NOI利回りは5.9％。9棟のうち8棟に一部変動賃料を取り入れる。上場に際し、投資口129,000口の発行、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し6,500口を行い、調達額は129億円を見込む。
