野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人が、物件入替えを発表した。 取得する物件は、スポンサーである野村不動産が開発した、都内の住宅2物件。ともに2022年5月竣工、取得額は計48.57億円。 一方、売却する物件は、仙台市泉区にある2008年竣工の住宅1物件。売却額は5.11億円。 これに伴う2025年8月期業績予想への影響は現在精査中であり、4月公表の2025年2月期決算発表時に併せて公表する予定。
