野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人が、「NMF新宿南口ビル」を、スポンサーである野村不動産に売却する。 物件は、都営大江戸線新宿駅より徒歩1分に位置する、1974年竣工、8階建のオフィスビル。 築年数経過に伴う修繕費の増加や競争力の低下リスクを懸念し、売却を決定した。売却額は135億円。なお、売却先である野村不動産が本物件の再開発を行う等、将来売却する際の優先交渉権を取得する予定。 本物件売却に伴う業績予想への影響は、10月17日公表予定の決算短信にて併せて公表する予定。
