野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人（NMF）が、「野村不動産上野ビル」を4月に売却する。 売却する物件は、地下鉄仲御徒町駅及び上野御徒町駅よりそれぞれ徒歩1分に位置する、1990年竣工、10階建のオフィスビル。現在のテナントは9社、稼働率は81.1％。 築年数の経過による修繕費の増加、将来的な競争力の低下を懸念し、スポンサーである野村不動産に売却する。売却額は69.3億円。売却益341百万円は2024年8月期から2026年2月の4期に均等分配する。 なお、野村不動産が本物件を再開発した場合を含めて、将来的に野村不動産が本物件を売却する際の優先交渉権をNMFが取得する予定。
