野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人が、物件入替えを行う。 取得する「ホテルウィングインターナショナルプレミアム京都三条」は、京都市営地下鉄三条京阪駅より徒歩3分に位置する、2020年竣工、5階建のホテル。取得額は32億円。 一方、売却する物件は、「プライムアーバン金山」等、名古屋及び福岡に所在する住宅計3物件、売却額は計29.24億円。簿価との差額は計5.87億円。 これにより2024年2月期に売却益が発生するが、現時点で業績予想の修正はなし。
