野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人（NMF）が、ユニバーサル・シティウォーク大阪の底地を追加取得する。 NMFは本物件の土地（借地権の共有持分を含む）及び建物の一部を保有する。このうち借地権の契約が7月末に満了となることから、借地部分を大阪市より取得する。取得額は21.39億円。これにより固都税が増加するが、借地料の支払いがなくなるため収益は増加する。
