野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人が、レジデンス1物件の計5物件を売却する。 売却する物件は、「プライムアーバン江坂Ⅰ」等大阪のレジデンス4物件、名古屋のレジデンス1物件。5物件の売却額は計53.47億円。昨年12月に「セレニテ心斎橋グランデ」を取得したことから、関西圏のポートフォリオのリバランスやマンション需給環境を勘案し、売却を決定した。簿価との差額は7.72億円となり、第7期（2019年2月期）に売却益が発生するが、内部留保するため、業績予想の修正はなし。
