野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2015年10月新設合併後初めてとなる。 発行口数は132,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は6,670口。これにより発行後の投資口数は3.3％増の4,321,800口となる。 調達額は約200億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は、オフィスビル2物件、物流施設2物件、レジデンス5物件の計9物件、取得額は計298億円。ポートフォリオ全体の規模は3.2％増の9,559億円となる。 これらに伴い、第6期（平成30年8月期）及び第7期（平成31年2月期）業績予想を発表。 第6期は、新規8物件の収益が寄与し、前期予想比6.7％増益を見込む。のれん償却費相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,080円と、前期予想を2％上回る見通し。 第7期は、賃貸事業費用や支払利息の減少等により、前期予想比0.9％増益を見込む。のれん償却費相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,100円となる見通し。
