野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人が、札幌のホテルを来年3月に取得する。スポンサーである野村不動産がホテル事業へ参入し、将来的に取得パイプラインも期待できることから、資産運用会社の運用ガイドラインを変更し、ホテルを投資対象に加えた。 取得する物件は、札幌市営地下鉄すすきの駅より徒歩4分に位置する、平成20年竣工、13階建のホテル。総客室数153室。取得額は36億円。ホテルの運営会社は、売り主であるウォーターマークホテル・ジャパンだが、将来的にビスタホテルマネジメントへ変更する予定。
