野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人が「天王洲パークサイドビル」を売却する。 売却する物件は、りんかい線天王洲アイル駅より徒歩1分に位置する、平成7年竣工、21階建のオフィスビル。合併前の野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人が、平成16年に取得した。売却額は127億円。売却先は非開示。売却に伴い減損損失220百万円を第3期（平成29年2月期）に計上するが、業績予想の修正はなし。
