野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人が、保有物件2棟を売却することを発表した。 1棟は、合併前の野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人が保有していた「NOFテクノポートカマタセンタービル」。築26年経過により競争力の低下を懸念。売却額は50.2億円。 もう1棟は、合併前のトップリート投資法人が保有していた「イトーヨーカドー東習志野店」。来年6月にテナントであるイトーヨーカ堂が退去する予定。売却額は6.64億円。スポンサーである野村不動産に売却し、更に野村不動産が跡地に再開発する物流施設の優先交渉権を取得する。 今回の売却に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
