野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人が、第3期（平成29年2月期）業績予想を修正した。 トップリート投資法人との合併により発生する正ののれん試算額を、合併契約締結時の試算額23,460百万円から27,091百万円に修正。 前回予想比1.1％減益を見込むが、のれん償却費等の利益超過分配金の増加により、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,905円となる見通し。
