野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人が、第2期（平成28年8月期）業績予想を修正した。トップリート投資法人の投資主総会で合併が承認されたことを受け合併費用の計上、また5月に公表した底地1件の取得、保有物件9棟の売却を反映した。物件売却益1,128百万円が寄与し、4月14日に公表した業績予想に対し7％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,917円となる見通し。
