野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人が、第1期（平成28年2月期）業績予想を修正した。昨年10月新設合併による上場時に公表した業績予想に対し、賃貸収入の増加、賃貸費用及び金融費用の減少により、11.4％増益を見込む。会計基準及び税制改正により、被合併投資法人の金利スワップによる繰越ヘッジ損失相当額を利益超過分配金として扱う方針に変更。これにより1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金を除く）が減少する一方、1口当たり利益超過分配金が増加する。利益超過分配金を含む1口当たり分配金は2,219円と前回予想を5.7％上回る見通し。
